What you can achieve
- Leading professional development as part of the nursing management team as well as leading and shaping the practice development process to promote person-centered and evidence-based nursing practice
- Advising, enabling, and supporting nursing professionals, nursing supervisors, and ward managers, especially in highly complex situations
- Participation in direct nursing care as well as active involvement in evaluations, projects, and research groups
- Close cooperation with the heads of the Breast-Abdomen-Pelvis area, the Department of Practice Development and Research, as well as participation in cross-clinic, national, and international specialist and working groups
- Development, implementation, and further development of guidelines, concepts, and professional standards
What you bring with you
- Completed Master of Science in Nursing or ongoing studies, or willingness to complete a master’s degree
- Several years of solid practical experience and in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing research as well as the ability to pass on this knowledge
- Teamwork skills and competencies in participative leadership
- Enjoy working in a dynamic university environment
- Proactive, communicative, and independent personality who is confident in an interprofessional environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing
