To continue supporting our growth, we are looking for experienced consultants in the role of Senior Consultant to strengthen our team in Lausanne/Pully and Geneva.

Your responsibilities
In the context of focused consulting engagements or longer-term transformation initiatives, you will — depending on client needs — be responsible to advise, conduct business analysis, facilitate workshops, or lead key workstreams and sub-projects.
While you work very independently in your consulting role, you will collaborate — in addition to other ELCA Advisory colleagues — with deep-tech experts from across the ELCA Group as needed, including architects, UX designers, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity specialists.
This includes:
•    Close collaboration with decision-makers and executives at client organizations, at C-level and across multiple organizational layers
•    Shaping the interface between business and IT — from strategy through implementation
•    Independent planning and execution of workstreams, as well as supporting and coaching junior colleagues and fostering knowledge exchange within the team
•    Contributing to the evolution of our consulting offerings in a focus area
•    Supporting the development and maintenance of sustainable client relationships and actively contributing to the growth of ELCA Advisory

Your profile
•    Passion for transforming organizations through technology and positively impacting people and society in Switzerland and beyond
•    4–7 years of professional experience, primarily in strategy/management consulting or high-caliber technology consulting with a comparable level of responsibility
•    Strong consulting skills with experience in strategic projects in cross-functional teams
•    Experience in preparing and holding presentations for senior management and competence in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders
•    Strong active listening skills and problem-solving capabilities
•    Strong analytical and methodological skills, understanding complex interdependencies, combined with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
•    Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
•    Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences; a business specialization or MBA is a plus
•    Initial certifications in common methods and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, CISM, etc.)
•    Specific expertise in relevant topics, e.g. Artificial Intelligence including Agentic AI, cloud transformation, public procurement — from strategy development to implementation
•    Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken); German on top is a strong plus
