What to expect- You are responsible for the production and service of our diverse coffee and food specialties
- You take over responsibility for the team in the absence of the team leader
- You perform service, barista, and kitchen duties
- You support at aperitifs, chocolate tastings, and events
- You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
- You carry out general tidying and cleaning tasks
- You work closely with various internal departments, such as the Welcome Desk, Events, Factory Store, and Live Production
- You already have valuable experience in gastronomy
- You have already gained some leadership experience
- You enjoy working two weekends (or 4 weekend days) per month
- You are characterized by flexibility, teamwork, creativity, and a high degree of initiative
- You speak fluent German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
- You have a passion for customer contact, are personable, and maintain excellent manners
- You are a chocolate lover and possibly already a big fan of Läderach
