About the job

• Collaboration with doctors and psychotherapists in the team
• Assistance in building a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist team on site
• Independent case management and conducting psychotherapeutic treatments for adults
• Clarification and counseling interviews
• Maintaining electronic medical records and writing reports
• Opportunity to offer outpatient group sessions
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept

• Completed psychotherapy training
• Completed studies in psychology (Master's or Licentiate)
• Initiative and resilient personality with inpatient experience in psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Previous experience in outpatient treatment settings is an advantage
• Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
• Very good in German (written and spoken)
