Social Worker 60 - 70% (Maternity Cover)
The position is filled on a temporary basis as maternity cover from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

- Advising clients, clarifying goals and expectations, planning appropriate measures as well as triage and close cooperation with external specialist agencies
- Clarification and assertion of financial and subsidiary claims
- Preparing budgets, reports, and legally compliant orders or decisions for the social commission
- Individual advice and support within the framework of personal assistance
- Case administration supported by IT (KLIB and dossier)
- University of applied sciences degree in social work, ideally complemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of statutory financial assistance
- Team orientation and enjoyment of working in working groups
- Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as assertiveness
- Strong communication and conflict competence as well as enjoyment of working with people
- Administrative confidence and accounting flair
