Skills
- Experience in transport and logistics, preferably in construction or recycling.
- Strong geographic knowledge of Zurich and surrounding areas.
- Excellent German skills (C1 or native level) required.

We are looking for a motivated personality with good geographical knowledge in the greater Zurich area including the Knonauer Amt and Limmattal regions.
To strengthen our dispatcher team, we might be looking for exactly you!
Your tasks- First point of contact for the customer and thus representation of the company externally
- Receiving orders and professionally handling other customer concerns
- Forward-looking and efficient deployment planning of our drivers and vehicles
- Monitoring tours (proactively initiating tour changes if necessary and economically sensible)
- Professional authority over the drivers; close and constant exchange as well as a contact point for questions
- Checking and follow-up of delivery notes and reports
- Innovative co-design of our upcoming digitization project
- Professional experience in transport and dispatch, ideally in the building materials and recycling industry (or a similar environment)
- Completed training as a dispatcher in transport & logistics is an advantage
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and proactively
- Enjoyment of innovation, customer and service orientation
- A balanced personality who can remain calm in hectic situations
- Very good German skills are mandatory (level at least C1 or native speaker)
