Your responsibilities
Expansion / further development of a successful regional unit with the service offering of cross-ING AG
After a maximum of three successful years, you will receive 80 percent of the company and lead your regional engineering office within the cross-ING partner system
Optional services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters. This allows you to fully focus on your (potential) customers as well as on the development and management of your cross-ING engineers.

You bring the following qualifications
At least an engineering BSc
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Good contacts in the local industry

Comprehensive technical understanding
Language skills in German and English
