Your field of activity

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of customer environments with a focus on Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Support of local customer installations: virtual machines, networks, backup solutions, storage, antivirus, and much more
• Coordination and execution of updates, patches, rollouts, and change requests
• On-site assignments at the customer
• Handling support tickets and 2nd-level support
• Participation in IT projects

You bring with you:

• Enjoyment of new technologies, commitment, and willingness to learn
• Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365/M365
• Network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, basic firewall)
• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ)
• Driver's license category B, own car desirable
• Realistic commuting distance (Zurich Oberland, See-Gaster)
• Service-oriented, independent working style; team player with strong communication skills and confident German

Nice to have:

• Automation in the Windows environment with PowerShell, Chocolatey, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Experience with Linux systems
• Basic Linux automation (Bash, Python, shell scripting)
