About the job

• Responsibility for CRM at the BFH-HAFL department, in the role of CRM Head Super User. Ensure the flow of information from the central CRM team to the department. Collaborate in the CRM working group of BFH. Train and support our super users and users of the BFH-HAFL department
• Create, maintain, and evaluate CRM-based registration forms, contact histories, campaigns, mailings, and newsletters for marketing
• Manage trade fair materials and giveaways (ordering, distribution, return, definition/optimization of processes)
• Support the marketing team: create presentations and reports, create and send mailings, assist with the organization/support of events as needed

• Education or training in marketing, business administration, or computer science
• Experience in using CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics)
• Independence, diligence, reliability, teamwork skills, planning and organizational skills
