About the job
- Support of events and occasions as a contact person during the events
- Efficient planning, preparation and organization of service processes in close cooperation with the sales and service department
- Ensuring effective communication between kitchen, service and event sales
- Leading a small team, including temporary staff, e.g. at large events
- Proactive management of the department, including profit and loss accounts and event billing
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally with appropriate training
- Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience
- Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests
- Team player and host through and through
- You convince with charm and communication skills
- Good German and English skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
