To strengthen our team in the Perfumery sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed employee as a Merchandise Management Employee, 50% for the period before Christmas starting from 03.11.2025 for a limited duration until 27.12.2025 at the Geneva site.

Your responsibilities

You ensure that the merchandise is presented according to customer expectations in the mentioned sector.
You are responsible for the efficient and successful management of all branch processes (stock and shelf management).
You ensure that the store is well organized and attractive.
You actively and independently replenish merchandise stocks on the sales floor.
You actively support the sales floor employees.
You ensure optimal collaboration with internal Visual Merchandising.

Your profile

You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity in the mentioned field.
You have a precise, structured, and efficient working method.
You enjoy working independently and can manage stress well under time pressure.
You have a flexible and reliable working style as well as a very good sense of organization.
You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
