As an Accounting Employee, you take on a central role in our finance department and ensure that both payroll and financial accounting run smoothly. With your precise, structured way of working, you contribute significantly to the financial stability and professionalism of our organization.

Your tasks

• Independent and timely processing of payroll accounting for around 150 employees
• Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the external trustee
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting including dunning
• Control and maintenance of all billing-relevant data (salaries, services, invoicing)
• Preparation of financial reporting, reconciliations, and evaluations
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, municipalities, and clients
• Support in budget planning and liquidity overview
• Active participation in optimizing processes in the finance and payroll area

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance, payroll, or accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, payroll, and monthly closings
• Confident handling of Abacus or comparable accounting systems
• Knowledge in the area of social insurances (AHV, UVG, KTG, EO, BVG)
• Precise, structured, and responsible way of working
• High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Team-oriented, service-conscious personality with high reliability
• Very good German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
