In this versatile role, you are responsible for the crew management system landscape with a focus on applications, projects, and further development.
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the crew management system landscape with a focus on applications, projects, and further development.
Tasks
You ensure that the systems optimally support crew planning and function reliably. In doing so, you connect operational requirements from the crew area with technological innovation and act as a central interface between operations, IT, and external partners.
Further tasks:
- You are responsible for the stability, compliance, and troubleshooting of all crew management systems
- Further development of the systems including requirements management, business cases, and project management
- You take care of quality assurance before go-lives, testing, interface coordination, and crew communication
- Analyses of costs, productivity, and feasibility for negotiations and decision-making bases
- You are a competence center as well as a contact and advisory person for crews regarding bidding and requests
