• Development, management, and implementation of the overarching corporate and marketing communication strategy
• Overall responsibility for the annual market development and advertising strategy
• Media and advertising planning including budget responsibility as well as media purchasing
• Ensuring a consistent, strong market presence through the definition and implementation of CI/CD
• Further development and positioning of around 30 LANDI private labels
• Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of the integrated communication and campaign plan
• Responsibility for consistent, up-to-date, and sales-relevant product information across all channels
• Management and implementation of communication and marketing projects
• Professional and personnel leadership of a team of 11 employees, including 4 direct reports.
• Further development of the departments Corporate Communication, Media Office, Campaigns as well as Realization & Production, Private Labels, Digital Marketing, Product Communication

• Completed education with a focus on marketing, communication, or comparable
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of marketing, communication, and advertising planning
• Hands-on mentality: You think strategically but also work actively operationally, from conception to implementation
• Conceptually thinking, communicative, and proactive personality with pronounced leadership and team understanding
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities and ad-hoc topics confidently, flexibly, and focused
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good French skills are required

Our communications department is responsible for the strong, uniform, and sales-promoting appearance of the LANDI retail trade across all communication and advertising channels. In this key role, you report directly to the member of the management board for Sales & Marketing.
