Activities
- Independent execution of painting, varnishing, and wallpapering work indoors and outdoors
- Professional surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)
- Leadership, guidance, and coordination of the construction site team
- Planning and organization of workflows on the construction site
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
- Material disposition and reporting
- Contact person for construction management and customers
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter
- Further training as a site manager SMGV
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Good expertise in renovation and new construction work
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Leadership skills and assertiveness
- Teamwork skills and customer-oriented demeanor
- Good knowledge of German
- Driver's license category B
