Druckerei Landquart AG is a traditional media company with state-of-the-art infrastructure in printing and publishing. With around 15 employees, we offer our customers a wide range of services from high-quality printed products to various publishing activities.

Your tasks
As site manager, you take overall responsibility for our production site in Landquart. You lead the company operationally and strategically and actively shape the future.

• Strategic development of the site: focus on digitalization, sustainability & innovation
• Operational management of printing, production planning & publishing activities
• Personnel management including deployment planning, motivation, development & recruitment
• Financial, budget responsibility & investment planning
• Quality & occupational safety management with regard to deadlines & legal requirements
• Customer care & acquisition as well as expansion of business opportunities
• Process optimization & further development of structures & workflows

Your profile
You bring experience in managing a production company and have solid expertise in the printing and media sector and preferably also in publishing.

• Routine in budget planning, controlling & key figures
• Experience with digital transformation processes
• Know-how in quality & project management
• Strong leadership qualities & social skills
• Communication skills & negotiation skills
• Team orientation combined with assertiveness
