Medical Secretary or MPA (m/f/d), 60-80% (temporary)
We are looking for a medical secretary or MPA for the locations Lenzburg and Baden starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement. The position is temporary until July 31, 2027.

Your tasks:
- Organization and coordination of outpatient clinic operations
- Appointment management and patient reception
- Administrative support of the team management
- Telephone and written correspondence
- Support with medical tasks such as collection of urine samples, dispensing Antabuse, breath alcohol tests
Your profile:
- Completed training as a medical secretary or MPA
- Experience in a medical environment is an advantage
- Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
- Organizational talent and reliability
- Independent working style and team spirit
