Nursing Specialist HF/FH in a Care-Intensive Residential Group for Children and Adolescents
(Workload selectable between 60-90%)
These are your tasks:
- Supplementing the team of WG D with a total of 8 children and adolescents
- Care and support in an individual setting
- Lovingly co-creating an enriching living environment for the children and adolescents
- Empathetic care and support of children and adolescents with severe disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical attitude and for the joint design of everyday life
What you bring with you:
- Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
