• You welcome and take care of our guests during the night shift with professional charm
• You take care of check-in, check-out, and billing (Night Audit)
• You have an overview of all processes and ensure a smooth workflow
• You support the F&B area if needed and ensure order and cleanliness
• You are the contact person for guests and the team at night – calmness and reliability included

• Whether a lot or little front office experience – the main thing is that you are excited about the job, bring personality, and feel comfortable at night
• Friendly appearance and independent working style
• Flexibility and multitasking talent, even in quiet and challenging situations
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
