• Technical and personnel management of the System Engineering ESTW team
• Ensuring the required product quality
• Promoting and developing the team as well as the employees
• Resource planning within the assigned team

• Leading project and working groups
• Independently managing assigned customer projects (national and international)
• Scheduling, resource, and work planning in the project
• Contributions to knowledge building and retention in the company
• Active process and know-how exchange with all involved parties/interfaces

• Technical basic training (e.g., automation technician, electrical installer, or comparable) with further education at HF / FH level
• Experience in software and system development
• Leadership experience at team lead level
• PLC knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in project environments, especially in normative environments, is an advantage
• Reliable, structured, and independent working style
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills, French at least B2, English a great advantage
