Job Description

You and your team ensure with an eye for detail that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. In addition to coordinating and leading your team and working with external cleaning staff, you are responsible for:

Ensuring and implementing Motel One housekeeping standards as well as responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
Participation in operational daily business
Creation of duty and vacation schedules
Orders and deliveries within the housekeeping department
Participation in the execution of monthly closings
Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning of training sessions for the further development of housekeeping staff
