Your new jobYou will take over the professional and personnel management of the Channel and Product Management department and be responsible for the product and channel strategy across all customer segments within the BKB Group. The following tasks await you:

• Define and implement the product and channel strategy for the BKB Group
• Ensure end-to-end management of the product portfolio from development, through introduction and maintenance to further development
• Track, analyze market and industry trends and develop relevant product and pricing initiatives
• Ensure timely availability of products across all relevant sales channels (online and physical)
• Take strategic responsibility for building and managing company-wide pricing expertise, developing pricing models and sales conditions, as well as targeted, KPI-based controlling
• Lead cross-channel projects – especially for digital transformation and process optimization – and promote a company-wide implementation and quality culture

• Solid banking experience with several years of experience in product and channel management in the financial industry
• Proven expertise in lifecycle management of financial products including end-to-end responsibility
