Your objectives

• Manage the operational running of a living unit with about 41 residents.
• Supervise a team of around thirty staff members.
• Promote and ensure the quality of care.
• Collaborate on personalised support projects within an interdisciplinary vision.
• Promote a process approach to organisation according to the institutional reference framework.

You have

• A HES nursing diploma or equivalent.
• A frontline management certificate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in geriatrics and 3 years in team management.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Proven leadership ability.
• A keen interest in interdisciplinary cooperation.
