In a diverse work environment, you take on a responsible leadership role and support a motivated team with integration tasks in the asylum and refugee sector. Shape processes and contribute to effective collaboration in the integration area.
Your tasks
- You lead 8-10 caseworkers in professional, personnel, and organizational matters and further develop the team and its expertise.
- You are responsible for measures of specific integration promotion: With your team, you ensure a smooth registration process for language promotion measures, labor integration, and qualification programs for persons in the asylum and refugee sector. You ensure proper filing, maintenance, and data recording in the case management system.
- You are the contact person for program providers and participate in coordination meetings (e.g., for process adjustments, etc.).
- You prepare data and key figures for statistics and develop the basis for the annual reporting to the federal government.
- Together with your team, you work hand in hand with the integration specialists and thus form the information hub for questions regarding the professional integration of persons in the asylum and refugee sector.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in case processing and can demonstrate initial leadership experience.
- You have a strong service orientation and can set priorities.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Your working style is structured, forward-looking, and you lead with clarity and create orientation.
