• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, ensuring quality as well as personnel planning and promotion of employees
• You are responsible for market-compliant management and ensuring the maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial spaces
• You advise owners and tenants, prepare and negotiate complex contracts, and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including report preparation
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the accounting of creditors
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rent levels
• You carry out lease changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments

• You have a Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or a similar further education
• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have special knowledge in tenancy law as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• Your mother tongue is German and you can communicate advantageously in other languages both orally and in writing
• You have empathy and the ability to achieve top performance together as a team
• You think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy helping to shape Livit

• You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You are digitally savvy, have self-learning competence, and enjoy sharing your knowledge
