• Maintenance and further development of natural gardens and facilities
• Expert advice to customers on plants and design
• Promotion and support of employees in everyday work
• Participation in the planning and implementation of planting concepts
• Ensuring high-quality execution of all maintenance work

• Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ or perennial gardener EFZ
• Very good plant knowledge is essential
• Ideally experience with wild perennials
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Further training in the specialist field is desirable
• Enjoyment of responsibility, consulting, and knowledge transfer

• Careful introduction to your new area of responsibility
