The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility that offers various living arrangements tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the building. The Stollenweid House, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.

Your Tasks:
- Professional, holistic care and support of our residents
- Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
- Permanent night shift at both locations Wädenswil and Stollenweid
What You Bring:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Well-developed social skills, especially teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding and joy in dealing with elderly people
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system and easyDOK
