These tasks await you:
- You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and checking construction documents such as contracts, plans, construction protocols, addenda, and billing
- Another focus is on coordination between the client, construction management, contractors, and authorities
- You support the project team in all administrative matters, e.g., scheduling, deadline monitoring, and quality assurance
- You assist in preparing tenders, reviewing offers, or contract processing
We imagine someone who:
- Is passionate and enjoys their work
- Has solid experience in electrical and building technology and knows the processes in technical construction projects very well
- Has good knowledge of Office programs and
- Ideally has experience with Messerli software to efficiently create and manage specifications
- Works in a structured manner and keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Can communicate confidently with internal and external project participants
- Shows initiative and is a team player
