This is where you get involved
- in the professional and personnel management of the Radiology Secretariat
- responsible for staff deployment and vacation planning as well as the introduction of new team members
- in promoting and developing employees and conducting employee interviews
- in coordination and central interface function between doctors, patients, and referrers
- participating in the daily business of the secretariat
- in the administrative support of the chief physician
You
- have several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role in the radiological environment
- have completed training as a medical secretary / chief physician secretary
- possess very good knowledge of medical terminology
- have very good IT user skills as well as pronounced organizational talent
- have an independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high service orientation and empathy
- have a high ability to work in a team, resilience, as well as networked thinking and flexibility
- have a confident and courteous manner, discretion, and very good German skills
