At Bachtelen, we accompany children and young people who are in more challenging life situations with heart, mind, and gladly with a pinch of humor. In a strong team both personally and professionally, we shape the daily life and leisure time of the children together.

In our residential group at Huus am Schärme, 10 children and young people aged 2 to 16 live. We promote their personal development and support them in school, social, and emotional matters – around the clock, 365 days a year.

Close cooperation with the parents is especially important to us – we want to build bridges, promote, and support. We rely on trust, stability, and genuine relationship building.

We are looking for an intern from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement

an intern 80 – 100 %

for our residential group Huus am Schärme at Allerheiligenstrasse 21, 4614 Hägendorf.

Minimum age 20 years. Minimum employment 6 months.
