What you will do here
- Planning and implementation of communication measures for the Department of Economics, focusing on internal communication and the continuing education sector - possibly willingness to take on a deputy role in the department management.
- Continuing Education (Key Account Manager): Managing the continuing education portfolio, promoting new offers, planning and implementing marketing measures, and advancing activities at the Schwarztorstrasse location.
- Internal Communication: Managing and maintaining the intranet, editing the internal newsletter, and expanding internal communication through new tools.
What you ideally bring with you
- Solid expertise in marketing and sales with strong initiative, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for translating ideas into effective measures.
- Experience in internal communication, high affinity for digital communication forms and various text formats.
- Willingness and ability to quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with CRM systems, SharePoint, and Magnolia (CMS).
- Experience in political or organizational communication as well as dealing with expert systems and expert organizations is an advantage.
- Interest in taking on leadership responsibility and actively shaping the further development of the entire department, including leading a team.
- Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B1).
