The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn accompanies and cares for adults with disabilities. For our external residential group Haus Weissenstein, we are looking for an additional team member as of now or by arrangement
Care Specialist EFZ 30%
Your tasks
- Care and support of 5 clients
- Development of offers and individual development opportunities for the clients
- Leisure activities and weekend support
- Assistance or substitute takeover of hygienic tasks
- Taking over on-call nights
We expect from you
- You have a degree as a Care Specialist EFZ
- You like to take responsibility for your actions and are solution-oriented
- You have organizational skills and a high degree of independence
- You are resilient, flexible and have good physical condition
- Irregular working hours are no problem for you
- Humor, wit and a positive attitude towards life are among your strengths
