In this varied role in the Real Estate division, you are responsible for a diverse sub-portfolio of municipal properties as well as its organization. Together with your team, you ensure professional property management, act as a contact person for the main users, coordinate maintenance, and accompany construction projects. You directly lead five employees as well as an external service provider in the area of property management. Furthermore, your work involves acting across departments, exchanging with various stakeholders, and ensuring target-group-appropriate communication.
