Boarding Operations Specialist 35%
We are looking for a dedicated individual for the boarding operations at the Wädenswil location starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Contact person for the apprentices of the basic education on site
- Ensuring a good learning and living atmosphere
- Enforcement of the house and boarding rules
- You will take evening shifts from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Tuesday and Thursday)
- The on-call duty takes place weekly from Thursday to Friday 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (overnight in your own on-call room) withsubsequent breakfast duty from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.During major room handovers every two weeks, you are present on Friday morning until 10:00 a.m.
- Ensuring administrative processes (e.g., occupancy plan, mail management, protocols, etc.)
Our expectations of you:
- Joy and confidence in dealing with young people
- Leading and documenting conversations to ensure compliance with the boarding rules
- Empathetic personality with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Very good application knowledge of Office 365 including Teams
- Your time off corresponds to the Strickhof school holidays
- Social pedagogical background is an advantage
