Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d)

• Billing and reconciliation of credit cards, vouchers, deposits, and payment transactions including complaint management
• Preparation and verification of invoices
• Maintenance of accounts receivable and corresponding creation of reminders

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or graduate of a two-year hotel management school
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting
• Good IT skills, preferably with the hotel software Opera and Microsoft Office applications
• Friendly, open, and professional demeanor; independent, systematic, and thorough working style
