Team Leader in Industrial Infrastructure - Medium Voltage (MV)

Mission

As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to medium voltage (MV) installations within industrial infrastructures. You operationally lead your team to ensure safe, quality execution in compliance with current standards.

Your responsibilities:

Actively participate in MV work: installation of MV cells, laying and connecting MV lines, installation of MV/LV transformers and associated equipment.
Supervise, motivate, and distribute tasks within your team while ensuring efficient progress of the work.
Adapt interventions to field constraints and verify the availability, condition, and proper use of specialized MV equipment.
Control the compliance of electrical installations, optimize material use, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Strictly enforce safety rules, check PPE, identify risks, and immediately stop work in case of danger.
Perform measurements, document key information, and report needs and discrepancies to the site manager / works supervisor.
Train, support, and evaluate employees while ensuring work quality and respect of deadlines.

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as network electrician, installer-electrician, assembly electrician, or equivalent recognized training.
Proven practical experience (5 years) in medium voltage MV installations (cells, transformers, lines, cabling).
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, convey technical instructions, and maintain cohesion.
Strong sense of safety, rigor, organization, and responsiveness to unforeseen situations.
Dynamic, careful, responsible, solution-oriented person.
Driver's license.
