These activities will inspire you:

• Ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of infrastructure, its systems and facilities including surroundings
• Support in planning and managing small projects related to infrastructure and building technology
• Carrying out minor repairs as well as troubleshooting technical faults and first intervention in case of damage
• Issuing, accompanying, and supervising orders including overseeing external service providers
• Ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
• Administrative tasks such as creating documentation and monitoring maintenance contracts and warranties
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Performing recurring tasks such as maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems as well as cleaning work in and around the building
• Managing the building control system as well as security systems such as access control, locking, fire, and burglary protection systems
• On-call duty

Your skills and talents:

• Completed vocational training in operational maintenance or building technology
• Further training in facility management is a great plus
• At least 5 years of professional experience in building management in a demanding environment
• Solid experience in building technology and maintenance
• Experience in independently carrying out projects 
• Very good MS Office user skills and understanding of IT installations
• Networked thinking and precise working method
• Strong service orientation as well as trustworthy and reliable personality with good manners
• Willingness to be on call (workplace reachable within 60 minutes)
• Driver's license category B; forklift license is an advantage or willingness to obtain one
• Very good oral and written expression in German
