- You conduct individual and group therapies for patients in the field of geriatric rehabilitation.
- You care for patients during the rehabilitation process and participate in the co-organization of discharge planning.
- You work interdisciplinary closely with other departments, occupational therapy, social counseling, nutritional therapy, as well as physicians and nursing staff.
- You are also responsible for assessment and progress documentation as well as report writing.
- Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and further training is part of your daily work.
