This is what your everyday life looks like

• You take on daily and shift responsibility and work in the care and support of the residents.
  
• You carry out care based on the electronic care documentation CareCoach safely and responsibly.
  
• You assess resident situations based on the care process and initiate the necessary measures.
  
• In interdisciplinary working groups, you assist in the development of nursing topics and quality work and implement these in the team.
• You accompany and support trainees (FaGe EFZ and AGS EBA) as well as HF students in their daily work and guide them.
  
• Upon request and if suitable, additional tasks, such as RAI supervisor, round off your area of activity.

• You have completed training at function level 3a or 3b (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH / AKP / PsyKP / DN II, Nursing Specialist DN I, Specialist in Long-Term Care and Support with federal FA) and preferably have professional experience in long-term care.
• Your helpfulness distinguishes you as well as responsible, independent, and team-oriented work.
• In addition, you convince us with your cheerful and empathetic nature.
  
• Enjoyment in dealing with older people and a good handling of electronic aids complete your profile.
