Your role with us

• Active customer support and advice on questions about the BVB network and timetable
• Informing passengers about changes in operations
• Security and dispatch service at major events
• Support in conducting passenger surveys
• Ensuring efficient and friendly customer communication

What convinces us

• German language skills at C1 level in speaking and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage
