To strengthen the gastronomy sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Junior Talent Gastro, 100%, by arrangement, in Central Switzerland.

Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the gastronomy areas.
- Planning and implementation of budget targets as well as analysis of relevant key figures to derive targeted improvement measures.
- Ensuring smooth operational processes while adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
- Organization and development of a motivated team including promotion of junior staff.
- Creating an attractive market atmosphere in line with the gastronomic concept.
- Identifying seasonal and local customer needs and implementing corresponding optimizations.
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners.

Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy (EFZ), hotel management school, or equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience or motivation to start in a leadership role.
- Interest in business management topics as well as willingness to take on responsibility.
- Teamwork skills, initiative, and enjoyment of direct guest contact.
- Resilience and structured working style even in hectic phases.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Fluent German skills, additional national languages are an advantage.
