Employee*in Deployment Planning (40 –60%)

What you will accomplish with us:

•You create the deployment planning for the employees

•You reliably manage client files

•You are the contact person on the phone for clients, relatives, and employees

•You professionally manage the emergency phone

•You handle customer correspondence and maintain communication

•You perform general administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

•Completed basic training in the nursing field is an advantage

•Experience in the office and commercial area is an advantage

•High customer orientation and social competence

•Quality awareness, organizational skills, appreciative, empathetic attitude

•Independent and responsible way of working

•Very good PC user skills (MS Office, RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage)
