What you can achieve

As an MPA, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.

• Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination

• Performing blood draws, laboratory tests, ECGs, 24h blood pressure measurements, 24h ECG recordings and pulse oximetries and X-rays using digital methods, lung function tests, injections, vaccinations and ear irrigations, dressing changes and suture removal after wound care

• Assistance with minor surgical procedures

• Management and electronic billing of patient records

• Ensuring smooth practice operations

• Cooperation with the team on administrative tasks

• Management of the pharmacy and dispensing of medications

• Assistance with iron infusions and, depending on training, insertion of venous accesses

• Participation in quality development and quality assurance

• Participation in the care of patients in Chronic Care Management Diabetes

• Participation in emergency service in the practice

What you bring

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant with recognition in Switzerland

• Willingness to further train as a vocational trainer and/or in X-ray technology

• Organizational talent and joy in patient care

• Empathy and flexibility

• Service orientation

• Team spirit and humor in challenging situations

• Interest in the diverse work in general practice in a group practice

• Enjoyment of collaboration and patient care

• Very good German skills (at least B2 level)

• Good IT skills
