- Competent support of the managing director in the F&B area
- Gastronomic responsibility and planning for all events in The Circle including deployment, briefing and implementation with temporary staff
- Budget responsibility, offer management, billing and post-calculation
- Goods/material purchasing, monthly inventory and coordination of maintenance of equipment in the F&B area
- Development of innovative and market-oriented F&B offers
- Basic gastronomic training with at least 4 years of professional experience
- Host personality with very good knowledge in the sale of gastronomic services and customer care
- Conceptual/networked thinking and accustomed handling of interfaces, such as event managers, customers, external caterers, etc.
- Proven experience as a banquet manager and staff leadership
- German as a native language or at least level C1 as well as very good English and French skills

In the Chreis 14 restaurant, in the Circle at Zurich Airport, our host team with 14 employees spoils around 500 guests daily. The varied offer consists of four daily changing menus. Rock&Roll, that is the Rock'n'Roll Kitchen, inspired by the street kitchens of the world's metropolises. Heart& Soul, these dishes are regionally rooted with a story. Green&Bowl, the "Super Bowls" cover the fresh and seasonal salad offer. Pure&Whole, here is braised, sous-vide cooked, fermented, cured and slow-cooked. Flavor explosions full of aromas and umami are guaranteed.
Additionally, the gastronomy includes a coffee bar with fine sandwiches, homemade baked goods, our Adiamo products and various coffee creations. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. We also deliver everything a good coffee kitchen needs directly to your office premises.
