Property Assistant / Caretaker
At Zoll- und Zeughaustrasse in Zurich, freshly renovated properties with an innovative workplace concept await you, setting modern standards. For this exciting location, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality who, together with the property manager and his team, ensures smooth operation, sustainable care, and additional services.
Your tasks
- Coordination, supervision, planning, and execution of caretaking work as well as management of external service and cleaning companies
- Maintenance and repair of buildings and technical systems
- Central contact person for general concerns in building operations
- Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of all safety devices in the building
- Provision of services in hospitality and ICT
- Handling administrative tasks in daily operations
- Participation in on-call duty across teams in the Zurich area
- Support as a practical trainer for apprentices in building services (FBU)
Your profile
- Technical basic training with EFZ and federal specialist certificate as caretaker BP or maintenance specialist BP – or willingness to obtain this promptly
- Willingness for technical interventions and solution-oriented action in everyday life
- Basic knowledge of building and occupational safety
- Networked thinking combined with an independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative, pronounced service orientation, and very good manners
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Secure PC user skills (Office 365)
- Driver's license category B and residence in the Zurich area (relevant for on-call duty)
