We are looking for an operational business assistant (a) (for hotel management students)

Here is what you will do

You support the entire hotel operation including duty service
You provide support in administrative and operational areas
You work in service during service hours
You assist with processing hotel and restaurant reservations
You take care of hotel guests on site (check-in / check-out) and process the daily closing
You gain initial leadership experience as a shift leader

What we expect from you

You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
You have three years of experience in service or at the reception
You have very good PC user skills in MS Office
You speak German and English; any additional foreign language is welcome
You are flexible regarding scheduling with weekend shifts
You enjoy your profession and working with people
