• You are responsible for collecting outstanding receivables from our customers
• You handle debt enforcement procedures
• You process inquiries from debt enforcement offices
• You conduct address investigations

• You have completed a vocational training or are already in part-time further education at a university of applied sciences/university (studying business or law)
• Ideally, you have banking experience and/or experience in debt collection
• You enjoy working independently in a small team as well as contact with debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
• You have a flair for precise work, can show assertiveness, and want to apply the SchKG in practice

• Promotion of your individual development needs, both in terms of time and finances
• Flexible working arrangements (part-time, job-sharing, home office, annual working hours)
• Between 25 – 30 vacation days per year
