Develop yourself with us and lead a team of about 5 employees. We are looking for an industry expert in the Rapperswil-Jona region who will complement our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
• Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio mainly consisting of residential properties
• Monitoring and ensuring property management activities for the responsible major clients within the team
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and companies
• Advising ownership on legal and structural matters, maintaining owner contacts
• You take over the deputy role of the branch manager

• A commercial qualification with a real estate management specialist certificate and several years of frontline experience in property management is mandatory
• You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and naturally embody reliability, commitment, and clarity
• You use your leadership skills with conviction and personally shape the successful development of Privera, therefore leadership experience is desired
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
