Your tasks / Your job

• Leadership and further development of the front office team
• Ensuring operational and administrative processes according to standards in the front office / reservation area
• Responsible for daily and monthly closings
• Complaint handling
• Processing reservation requests for groups, events, and meetings
• Assistance and direct guest contact during check-in and check-out
• Collaboration with external agencies and service providers (TO & TA)
• Further development of all workflows
• Regular reports to management

You will be supported in your daily work by modern programs. The guest journey is digitally covered. You love contact with guests and employees alike and are an organizational talent. You have an infectious charisma that motivates again and again. You are happy when the entire crew develops further and achieves top performance with you. 

Your profile

You have several years of experience in the hotel industry as a front office and/or reservation manager. You know the latest trends in hospitality and tourism. You are strong in communication, creative, and like it when no day is like the other.
