Requirements
- Training as a painter, foreman, site manager, foreman or master painter
- Solid professional experience & project management in the painting sector
- Good spoken German skills and good written skills
- Driver's license category B
- Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Solid and comprehensive knowledge of measurement and quotation preparation
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- You are able to lead and motivate employees
- Ideal age between 30 – 50 years
